I’d appreciate some help from anyone, please. I’ve been unable to cancel the subscription despite many unanswered live chats & emails I’ve followed all the available instructions, I’m unable to see the admin console on my account or anything else. I even requested help via the sales contact.
I’d appreciate some help as the level of customer service is more than unacceptable.
