I have gone into the project → went to manage notifications un checked all boxes yet I still get updates and notifications regarding task completions (status changes), and when a rule is ran. How can this be disabled or is that not possible?
That’s the default every time you are a Task Collaborator. Your best chance is to investigate why you are a collaborator and potentially add a role somewhere to remove you as a collaborator if it makes sense.

Thank you for your time and resolution to solve this problem for me and my team. I didn’t even think about the collaborators being tied to the status updates. I created a rule to remove all collaborators once the tasks is completed or moved to a new section and or project. This should fix it
