I have asked for a refund for my auto-renew, but to no avail, even after a supervisor request. I logged into my account before my auto renewal date, and because your interface is so convoluted, it looked like I had NO paid subscription. I’ve asked to speak to a human being on the phone, but with no help at all. Please refund my money. It’s needed by my family.
