I’m trying to get help and every time I click the “Contact Support” or " Help with features" the page tries to load and I get a Salesforce error.
I’m trying to get help setting up my projects. I’ve been using Asana for a few months but still can’t get the setup correct. I’ve watched A LOT of videos and still can’t get the answers I need. I’m not sure if that’s because our organisation is setup differently to others? If someone can please help me, that would be great!
Hi everyone, it looks like the length of the thread is causing some confusion, so I’ll close this topic and highlight the workaround currently in place to make things clearer.
Some users are currently running into an authentication error when trying to log into our new Help Center. We are actively working on this and we’ll let you know once a fix is in place.
In the meantime, please kindly use these workaround solutions to get in touch with Support:
Option 1: Access our Help Center in an incognito browser window and start the chat via the button at the bottom right without logging in. This way, you will not run into the authentication issue that is still in the process of being fixed.
Option 2: If incognito mode doesn’t work on your end, please use this temporary form to submit your request to our Support team.
Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of requests, so it’s taking longer than usual to get a reply, but our agents are working hard to get back to all users as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
After using the Chatbot and then receiving a response from an actual human asking for more information and replying with that info, all I’m receiving now are the auto-generated “provide additional info, or the ticket will be closed”. I think I’ve received it three times even though I’ve responded with the information both to the human and to all the auto-generated messages. Is this to be expected with the high volume?
I’m also experiencing problems logging into the help center with the repeated salesforce “authentication issue.”

Many of my issues could be simply solved if I could get the help of a team member, but instead, I’ve gotten no support from the company even though my non-profit org pays for services.
Please address these issues and please actually offer legitimate workarounds until they are. None of the “help” has seemed to help either me or others on this thread.
Please take care of your paying customers more promptly and in a more personally engaged fashion because this is quickly adding up to more labor for our organizations than this is worth. Simply offering a support number would go a long way.
Based on this, our org is already considering moving to a competitor. If others read this post and agree please heart this post or say post something similar because this has gotten out of hand.
I’ve exhausted all provided options and can confirm that there is no direct way to get support from Asana. The most success I got was by contacting sales (interestingly, they immediately put you in contact with a representative when it comes to sales) and explaining my issue to the sales rep. The rep started a ticket for me and now I’m waiting to be contacted.
This all started when I tried to follow the provided link for merging accounts and was told it was invalid. I then looked for support only to find there is little to none offered by the company at this time.
Same issue here. It tried to log me into Asana when I go to any support page, even though I am already logged in. Then I get the sales force authentication error.
Incognito does not matter and when I log in from the support page I get the same error message.
