Tracking assignee changes

Hi,

I want to track tasks by creating reports (via advance search) of our teams, but I’m struggling to get a reliable search result because tasks assignee moves from one team member to another. I want to get search results according to the first (original) assignee and not the latest who mark complete.

I create tasks and assign them to the relevant team member. Once they are done they assign it back to me for review and if it’s ok I marked it complete.

Hi @Matan_Aviram, welcome to the Asana Community Forum

At this time, it’s not possible to create an Advanced Search based on a task’s original Assignee.

You can, however, view all Assignees in the task history, just under the description.
