現在、自分の組織A（アカウント）下に登録している複数プロジェクトのうちいくつかを、 **他者（アカウント）が新しく管理する組織Bに移転したい** と考えています。 どのような操作をすればいいでしょうか？ 私は、Bには参加しないため、直接閲覧ができません。 Asanaの技術者に詳細を伝えれば、処理してもらうことが可能なのでしょうか？ ---

@kotobato さん、こんにちは。 組織 A と組織 B の両方に参加されるユーザーはいらっしゃいますか？それか、@kotobato さんが一時的に組織 B に参加することは可能でしょうか？ Asana の公式の機能・サポートではカバーされていないように思いますが、Michael さん (@Kothar) という方が個人で開発されているツールで、プロジェクトに含まれるすべてのタスクを他の組織またはワークスペースにコピーすることができます。私の知る範囲では、これが一番再現度の高い方法です。 [https://asana.kothar.net/](https://asana.kothar.net/) 使い方は「Usage」に書かれていますので、そちらをご覧ください。 私が Asana にサインアップした時には、機能が制限された Personal Projects というワークスペースがユーザーごとに作成されていました。タグなどがサポートされておらず不便だったので、2017 年に新しく個人用のワークスペースを作成し、結構な数のプロジェクトを移行しました。 当時のことを思い出すと、思い当たる注意事項が 2 つあります。 1. 移行にはそれなりに時間がかかります。API を使用してタスクをコピーしていくため、データの数量によりますが、1 つのプロジェクトあたり数分〜10 分くらいかかると思います。私の場合は 2 年半蓄積したデータを移行したので、合計で数時間かかりました。 2. あくまで「コピー」しかできず、プロジェクトの内容をそのまま移行することはできません。タスクの履歴やコメントなどの「ストーリー」情報は、下のスクリーンショットのように、移行を実行したユーザーからの 1 つの「コメント」として移行されます。Asana の UI 言語を日本語にしていても、このコメントは英語になるかもしれません。また、今気が付きましたが、時刻は GMT になってしまっているようです。 ![35](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/asana/original/3X/1/4/14a4f18c5912026b22d613a7e2705b4f5234be4b.png) もしプロジェクトの規模がそこまで大きくなければ、単純にタスク名を複数選択してコピペする方法が手軽かもしれません。以下のスレッドでは、他にも Zapier を使う方法や CSV のエクスポート・インポートを使う方法も紹介されていました。プロジェクトの規模や添付ファイルの移行が必要かどうかなどによって最適な方法は変わりそうです。 > [@Moving Projects Between Workspaces/Organizations](https://forum.asana.com/t/moving-projects-between-workspaces-organizations/598): > > I’m new to Asana and I’ve just realized that the Company Workspace seems to offer more features than my Personal Workspace.
