Tips for using Asana for Phoning




We want to use Asana to follow a list of people that we need to call, potentially repeatedly.

So far, we exported some users from our DB (about 300) into a spreadsheet, and then used the CSV import to create tasks on Asana, in a dedicated project.

But, it’s hard to update the list of people and their details, because if we import the file again, then the users get duplicated (a new task is created for each of them)

Asana wasn’t built with this kind of usage in mind, even though, would you have any tip/advice about how to perform such operation, we’re just looking for a solution that “just works”, not expecting anything perfect at this point. (not ready to use a dedicated tool for this usage, feels like too much, but if you know any… :slight_smile: )
