You know, I hadn’t been able to find this, but I think it is exactly what I’m looking for, thank you so much @Phil_Seeman. And trust me, I’d love to get my organization to try out Flowsana, but it is baby steps for us thus far. I’ll certainly be in touch if we head that direction, thank you!

Custom templates with due dates set in the template will enable you to easily bulk set the duplicated project’s task due dates based upon when the project needs to be started or completed.
