Hi @Jack_Stonehouse, sorry for the trouble. Can you confirm if you have any sorting or filtering in place? For context, at this time subtask data doesn’t load on projects with filters or sorts applied.
Subtask rollup will only work in your main view with not filters applied, and it’s purely visual. Unfortunately this is the current behavior, and we’ve already filed this feedback for our team.
