Is there anyway the words in BOLD ALL CAPS could automatically display in the description box, and then be filled out by the project manager?

Hi @anon94330168. Sure this can be done, The easiest way is to create a template with the BOLDED words listed in the description box to have the details added for each project created with this template. Another option to consider (to avoid the description box from being too wordy), is to just add a task within the template called Description/Information and then request all this info to be filled out there.
