Team member cannot see tasks, trial expired

Team member cannot access task, trial expired.
However, we’re using the free version.

I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team with the URL of the task and the email address of the user who is having difficulty accessing the task.

As our Support team has access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team, they’ll be able to look into this further for you.
