Hi Carly,
I suggest that the individuals on your team confirm their notification settings for all relevant teams and projects. It is possible to update notifications for a given project, for instance, so an individual chooses not to see updates for that project. If you’ve fiddled with these settings and still don’t see improvement, let us know!
