Hi there! Our team would like to use the calendar as a place where we can all view each other’s scheduled PTO, WFH (work from home) and off-site days. Is there a way to do this within the existing calendar? Is it a matter of setting up custom fields?
Lastly, is there a way to enable push notifications for this type of scenario? Thanks!

As it stands, there isn’t a feature built for this specific purpose in Asana.
There is an existing thread regarding this topic in the Forum: Holiday/Leave/Block off time - either as PTO, Holiday, or all day task - #10 by Catharine_McElwee-Ro. If you wish to, you can add your vote and comment to it (I recommend you to have a look at my colleague’s workaround):
