If you are like me, you have a pro Asana account as well as a personal account. And sometimes, either by mistake or because it is easier, you create a task in the wrong account.
When it happens, you probably copy-paste the task title and description in a new task… and you might even have to logout and login if you don’t use the Chrome multi-identity feature.
I found the perfect solution, and gave it a cool name: task teleportation.
I created two zaps in Zapier, for teleportation from pro to perso and vice-versa. When I need to teleport a task to my pro account, I multi-home it into a project called « Teleport to iDO ». Zapier will take care of the rest, creating another task with the same info, including a note on the fact it was teleported, and also completing the initial task as well as commenting « It was teleported ».
