Task Print - comment box hides posted comments

We print all completed tasks to PDF to save to our document management software as a back-up/audit trail.

I’ve found task printing to PDF from the app works better than browser - but there’s still an issue where the empty comment box covers up the last posted comment in the PDF produced.

I’ve tried Asana2Go, but it doesn’t give me what I want which is just a straight PDF task dump of all detail and comments to PDF (or if it does, I couldn’t find it…).

Anyone got any ideas on settings etc to fix this? I know printing from Asana is pretty limited …

It sounds like a bug with Asana’s printing, so I recommend: Try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

You’re correct about Asana2Go (Disclaimer: I’m the creator); it doesn’t offer printing of the comment threads, only tasks/subtasks/their metadata.
