Task made from template has its due time shifted by +1h

Dear all,

I have made task template some time ago with the due date being 28 days after its creation and at 10am. But when I actually create it, it has the due date as expected, but with the due time +1h, i.e., 11am.

I believe this might be related to the day light saving taking place in our country (Czechia) so I think this might be a bug related to the time to which the template due time is fixed.
