# Task From Email

Hi, Actually I am creating task through email, now I want to show them in a particular section and set up due date automatically.

Hi @Satyadev_Singh1,

This is a great question! It’s not possible to add a task to a particular section when you create the task from email.

You can also create tasks straight from your email inbox with the [Asana for Gmail](https://asana.com/guide/help/api/gmail-add-on) add-on or the [Asana for Outlook](https://asana.com/guide/help/api/outlook) add-in.

When creating a task with the Gmail add-on, you will be able to change the task name, search for assignees, add it to a project and set a due date.

Has this changed? Or is it still not possible to add a task to a section with the outlook add-in.

Hi @Aline_V, thanks for reaching out! As it stands, it’s currently not possible to add a task to a specific section from the Outlook add-in. You can add the task name, assignee, due date, project or description.
