task content icons

There is a lack of visualization of the content on the task. Add 2 icons:

1. If the task comes with a description - this should be displayed as an icon (as subtasks are displayed).
2. If photos/videos/documents and other materials are attached to the task - to have an icon about attached materials

An example is shown in the screenshot.
