I am wondering is it possible to filter out tasks by the person who has assigned these task.
For example I have a long list of tasks every day but I want for example start from the tasks assigned by my boss. Is it possible to build something like this?

In the advanced search there is a field for this. Then you can save the search as a report and use it everyday. (advanced search is not in the free version of Asana I believe)

As @Bastien_Siebman explained, you can use Advanced Search to filter tasks by the person who has assigned them.
Once you have run your search you can save it as a Report to easily access in the future. Please, learn how to save your Search views as Reports in the following article:
