Tab + enter no longer works to submit comments on Asana tasks

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

Tab + enter no longer highlights the Submit button when writing a comment

Steps to reproduce:

Begin writing a comment on an Asana task. Press Tab. The highlighted button will be the attachments icon, not the Submit button as expected. This behavior also exists when an attachment exists on the comment.

Browser version:

Google Chrome 113.0.5672.126

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?

Unknown (Likely premium or above)

Hi @gkimball and @Bastien_Siebman, sorry for the trouble. I can see the same behavior on my end, however, if you press tab twice, the comment button is then highlighted. Can you confirm if this is also the case on your end?

Yes indeed but from a UX standpoint I am pretty sure this is not intentional as the “comment” button is the target 99% of the time :slight_smile:

I’ve reached out to our Developers to confirm if any change was made to this and if it will be reversed. As soon as I hear back I’ll let you know :slight_smile:

Hi folks, our Developers have confirmed that this has been corrected. Please refresh your Asana and let us know if the issue persists :slight_smile:
