Unfortunately this isn’t possible. A subtask can have only one parent task. Note that a subtask CAN live in multiple projects - you can assign a subtask to multiple projects in the same ways that you [assign any task to multiple projects](https://asana.com/guide/help/tasks/fields#gl-multi-home). But it can only be a subtask in one of those projects; in its other projects, it will live as a top-level task. ---
