I’m a student and badly needed an organizer for my work. Asana is easy to use, yet has all the functionality I need to easily navigate through what I need.
I sent in my application and got the planner for the year which I am very happy about. However, I have a question. I will be studying for 3.5 years. Is the student plan valid for one person only for one year, and then you have to pay a subscription, or is there an option to extend if you study longer?

The student plan is typically granted for one year at a time for individual use. If you’re still enrolled after that year, you can re-verify your eligibility and renew for another year while you remain a student.
What I’d do:
As you get close to the end of your current year, go through the same verification/application flow you used the first time to renew
