I just spent an entire month setting up an Asana workflow for my new freelancing business, without realising one of the major features I was using (custom fields) is actually a premium feature. I wasn’t expecting to pay at all – silly me – but I begrudgingly decided it was worth paying monthly for such a great tool. THEN to discover you can’t actually buy a single seat? So I have to pay **double** the advertised monthly price?? That’s incredibly misleading and seems borderline illegal. I’m so disappointed that I now have to start from scratch elsewhere and wasted a month of my time. ---
