Something is unclear in a guide article

Hello!

Since I have wasted too much time already trying to find a better method of contacting Asana, I am just going to drop this little nugget here and be on my way. Do what you will with it. I’m never going to see the page again.

This page:

has a minor but noticeable language mixup

Under Section 2, it currently reads:

" The specific workflow you try depends on your team, but aim to pick something that is:

  • Collaborative , involving communication between multiple stakeholders
  • Specific with clear goals, deliverables, or a time-bound duration
  • Broken , creating confusion or missed goals for your team"

I’m not sure if that was supposed to say “NOT Broken” or if you are trying to indicate that we should pick something that is broken to work on…

But saying, “pick something that is Collaborative, Specific, and Broken” just isn’t likely the clearest way to say it.

Good luck

Hi @Greg_Zen and thank you so much for the report!

I’ve made a task for the team in charge of our guide to take a look into this and hopefully clarify this specific point! Thanks again for taking the time to share this with us and have a great week!
