Has anyone else had issues with not receiving slack notifications? The last notification I got was September 4. I’d switched to using slack for my asana notifications rather than email, but that doesn’t seem like an option now. Has anyone else run into this?
Why don’t you use the Asana Inbox?
I mean, I could. But I’d really rather the asana slack app worked, which it doesn’t.

Thanks for the idea! Yes I’ve tried that—working in IT you tend to get used to trying the “turn it off and turn it back on” solution. Are you able to still receive notifications for ASANA through slack?? Others in my work aren’t able to and I wanted to see the scope of the problem.
I’m personally not using the Slack integration but we haven’t received any recent report, so there is a chance this issue may be related to your set up!

I (and my coworkers) am also not receiving slack notifications for Asana. It stopped sending notifications last week, and hasn’t sent any since. This has happened multiple times. Reinstalling the slack app worked for a few days and then it stops again.
