Can I do the following in the iOS App
- can I rename the project?
- can I change the privacy of the project from public to everyone in the workplace to private to specific team members?

At this time we’re not able to rename a project or update project privacy via the iOS app. There is quite a lot of functionality on the iOS app that you might find helpful, though. This iOS section of the Guide (including basics and several other articles) describes iOS capabilities in detail.
