From my project board view, I cant see when a task has been updated (new comment, subtask added) nor changes (due date changes etc).
Id really like the task to show “new comment” or “changes made” at bottom right corner of the task and allow filtering to show most recently updated from the board level view. Slack recently added this show if there is a new comment in threads it now shows a red dot and “unread”.
5 gold stars if you can hover over the “New comment” “Change made” copy and have quick view of what it is (like you can with info notes by hovering on the “i” on many sites). In genral make tasks opening faster. Its sluggish and I loath every time I have to open one. Lazy load the key sections so it loads faster.
Also reverse the tasks sections. After a task is started the top space with all the fields is just visual clutter everytime Im opening the task. I then have to scroll through all that to get to the subtasks, files, and comments. The task view (when clicked to open) should reverse all the sections so that the things people most open a task to do are at the top of the task: read comments, subtasks, files. All that info with fields etc should be collapsable so its out of the way and not visual and scroll clutter to get to what you need in the task.
