Shortcut to task templates?

Is it possible to create a link to a task template that can be saved as an icon on an iphone home screen? In other words, I want it to be possible for a team member to click a button on their home screen and be taken right to the template to create a particular kind of task?

(I know I can do this with a form, but I don’t think it’s possible for the form to capture which asana user filled out the form - if you have a way to accomplish that instead, let me know!)

It is possible to see which Asana User filled out a form. If the form settings are set to:

Organization Only

And then toggle on “Add submitters in my organization as task collaborators”.

The logged in user’s information will then be automatically captured.
