Set Status field Colour in Timeline

Building a workflow process template in Timeline view, which will have several projects created that share some tasks. It’s important to have visibility to the status colour (green = on track, red = off track) but when a task is shared it is coloured to match the project colour it originates from.

Is there a way to override the project colour and see the status colour?

Hi @anon60453814. Yes. You can set colours on Tasks in your Timeline by using Custom Fields . In your case, this will be the “Status” Field. You can learn more about it in this Asana Guide article: https://asana.com/guide/help/premium/timeline#gl-timeline-colors . Hope this helps!
