Set Project Dependency (for tasks) at Global Level

I always want Project Dependency (for tasks) to be set as “Maintain Buffer”… that’s my default. If I want to turn it off on one project, then I’ll do that… but I always want it on by default.

I’d like to see this default setting (Maintain Buffer OR None) as a global setting I can set across ALL projects.
