Any Asana users either also use ServiceNow OR have switched from ServiceNow? One of our teams is evaluating ServiceNow as a possible project management ticketing system. I’d especially like to hear from anyone who is replaced ServiceNow with Asana. Thoughts? Pros/Cons of each.

I currently work with Asana & Service Now…
I would say Service Now is an Incident Management (Ticketing) system first and formost.
Asana is a Task Management/Project Management system.
Now both can do the other but their will be limitations and functionality that you would need to give up in one area or the other.
