Sending email based on custom field status?

Hi,

Do you know if its somehow possible to do this either with Asana or ITTT / Zapier etc ?

My manager wants an email notification to be sent (without following a task / project) whenever any task with e.g custom field "STATUS=“HIGH PRIORITY” is closed . Is this possible ?

Hi Mark,

It wouldn’t be possible using a custom field as this trigger isn’t available in Zapier. However, I’ve done something similar with Tags. So when you add a tag, this can trigger a Zap to send an email.
