Sending e-mail from from not working

Hello,

I love the idea of a new rule actions that allows us to send an e-mail to a person that submitted a form. It can be extremely useful in recruitment workflows.

However, I tested it in one of the workflows I am currently implementing and I am not receiving an e-mail despite appropriate rule is being activated. Do you have any idea why that might be happening?

Are you using the new request tracking feature or a rule with outlook/gmail/other integration? If it’s the former, it only currently works for people in your domain, so probably not viable yet for recruitment. There are a handful of feedback requests related to this that you could upvote (example below):
