Our organization has a form set up for incoming marketing requests from other departments. We require all requestor to have an account in order to make the request which has allowed for us to email them through Asana using the “send response to requestor” check box. So far, this has worked for everyone except, now, one person. Any thoughts of why this would be occurring? When I go into the task, it appears for me, so I think it is an error attached to the this one person. Thanks!
