# Send out Asana form submission receipts to more email addresses

I am needing to get a copy of the form receipt that is sent to the submitter in my email inbox as well, so that I can submit it into another enterprise system. Is there a way to get my hands on form receipts even though I am not the submitter?

Welcome, @Chase_Ballard,

You can’t get that exact email (unless the submitter forwards it to you) but if you are a member of the project where the task submission appears, and set your notification to check “Tasks added” and you have your profile image \> Settings \> Notifications \> Email \> Activity checked, then you will get an email about each task. Or you could set a rule to notify you of something more customized.
