I’m having troubles selecting multiple custom fields in my asana board, for example I want to be able to select both “fb” and “twitter” as a custom field
Can anyone help me on how to do this?

I assume you are talking about having multiple values against one field ?
The only way I know to do this is use Tags. Tab+T is the shortcut.

As it stands, it is not possible to select multiple options of a Custom Field. There is an existing thread regarding this feature: Multiple select for custom fields - #24 by Madison_Keen. I would suggest you to upvote it
In the meantime, In cases where you need to add multiple options, I would suggest you to use Tags instead. You can learn more about it here.
