If you already have all your team’s projects added into a single portfolio, you could use the Portfolio’s new Dashboard tab to create a Column type chart as per below example:
Adding the filter will allow you to select time entered over a certain duration, such as within the last week.
If you don’t have/want a portfolio, you could create a similar dashboard within the (Universal) Reporting tab, (above Portfolios in your sidebar’s Insights section).
You may eventually also run into this issue though
