I work for an organization that has over a hundred different projects and many custom fields used throughout. I want to delete change certain field types that I believe are only used for my project, but I have no way of seeing if the field is in use somewhere else without going through each project one at a time, but I cannot afford to delete existing data.

So Is there a way to see all projects a specific custom field is used in?

Hi @Terrance_Woest welcome to the community.

Out of the box, Asana doesn’t have that ability, however one of the community members @Bastien_Siebman has written a great tool that does this for you, check out
[iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations](https://minimalist-work.com/asana/custom-fields)

Hope this helps.

Jason.
