I’d like to search for all incomplete tasks that have been assigned, regardless of who they’ve been assigned to

First off welcome to the community! We are excited to have you here. One way I like to keep track of task status is by creating a custom report. Within that report you can set the field “Include tasks from” to your tenant. Then either the X or Y-axis to “Completion Status”. This will show you completed and in incomplete tasks. Once you have the chart created you can click on the Incomplete field and a list of all incomplete tasks will populate.
The steps above should take care of your original request. Once you have the basic report you can adjust the config to be more specific by adding filters or looking at specific projects. I hope this helps and if you have any follow up questions please let us know.
