Hi @Quality_Team , it seems like your rule is acting on subtasks as well. If you edit your rule, look for the setting in the top right area that says Run on tasks and subtasks. Change it to run only on tasks.

As an Asana Solutions Partner, I come across a lot of client spaces. One thing I notice quite often is the use of Sections for the status or stage of ongoing workflows.
