Rules & Setting Time of Day

We handle several social media streams and schedule posts throughout the day. Sometimes, we need to move things around, including time.

I’m able to create custom rules to change the day based on a field change. We created a custom field with the time of the day (to color code) and also have been manually inputting time on the task (i.e. Field: “Morning Post”, Date: June 6, 8 am). However, I want to set a rule so if I set the Field to “Evening Post”, then the calendar date would change to: “June 6, 4 pm”.

You can create a custom Rule. From the Custom Rule builder you have access to every combination of trigger and action. For example, you can set the trigger as “custom field change to Evening post” and the action as “Set a due date”:
