Rule shows as disabled to Guest but it is actually active

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
When logged in as Guest to Project A, a rule shows as Disabled (screenshot 1 below).
But when logged in as Member to same Project A, that rule shows as Active (screenshot 2 below)

It’s fine to indicate that changes to the rule are not enabled to Guests. But it’s not ok to present that by giving the appearance that an active rule is disabled. Ideally, show the rules, their active/disabled status, but simply make all that read-only. Thanks.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a rule as a member, then view it as a guest, I suppose. That’s what I did.

Browser version:
Chrome/Windows latest

Thanks for your report, @lpb! I don’t think this is expected behaviour. I’ve gone ahead and escalated this to our product team so we can investigate this further. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more details!
