Rule Is Not Completing

Hi Everyone, I would greatly appreciate some assistance in this regard,

Issue : Upon manually triggering the rule, Its running however not being completed and resulting in action.

What : I’m trying to run manual rule to simply convert task into project using a project template.

How : My rule is very simple, Its based upon Trigger, Check, Action only. ( 1 each )

However, It just shows that rule is running, And then simply vanishes. This project has 2 similar rules i use on 2 different tasks. One is working and one is not working for some reason, Project in total has only 2 rules.

What are the trigger and check that you are using?

Its a simply flow

Trigger : When Run Is Triggered Manually

Check : Check If Custom Field Is Set To _______

Action : Convert Task To Project Using Project Template

I have checked, All the accesses, ownerships, custom fields are public, templates are right.

Issue : Rule is running, But not translating into action. Nothing happens after rule is run, And in rule history it shows rule was success.

I have 2 rules in this project, This one is not working, However the other rule which is exactly same is working.
