Resubscribe to Unfinished Comment Notifications?

I accidently unsubscribed to this email notification, is there a way to get it back? I don’t see this option in the email notification settings.

Which is this email you refer to? Are you able to upload a screenshot?

In the Asana Home page, you can Customize to select the Draft Comments widget and see any unfinished (not posted) comments, but I wasn’t aware of a notification for these unless it piggybacks on Settings > Notifcations > Email > Daily summaries or All activity perhaps?

Or perhaps it was for Overdue tasks? (recently added or in A/B test mode)

There’s no explicit setting I’m aware of for this or way to resubscribe; @Vanessa_N???

But at least it’s more useful than getting a dozen emails if you left something in your online shopping cart!

Hi everyone, thanks for tagging me. At this time, there’s no option in the settings to re-enable these emails, but I’ve reached out to the Product team asking if there’s any workaround here. This new notification is still a work in progress following an A/B test, so it hasn’t been decided yet how the toggle/on off will look like. I’ll keep you posted!

Hi @Shaye_Bigelow, the Product got back to me on this. They confirmed there’s currently no easy way to resubscribe, but they will look into your case to see if they can they help. As they will need some account details, I’ll follow up with you via DM now
