Hi - We are using ASANA Forms to log issues about the product. Is there a way I can capture the ASANA User that submit a response using the form? I would like to know who actually submitted the issue.
Asana User ID specifically - or the User Name that used the form.

You can require the form submitter to include their name on the Form. Simple toggle the “Required” option on under the Name question.

To build on Rebecca’s answer, the form is “agnostic”, which means not related to any user at all. When an actual Asana user fills it in, they do it anonymously.
