Requirement for approval to change the date of a task

Hello everyone,

I would like to monitor when someone from my team moves their tasks to another date. Is it possible to make it so that one can change the dates only after my approval?

• Idea: create a project called “Check due dates” and create a rule to add any task with a due date changed to that project.

Helpful, but I agree that it would be nice to be able to set up a task and allow only the creator to change the date. You end up doing a lot of work keeping up with and staying on top of your direct reports’ changing task deadlines.
