I would like to know how to stop my Premium trial account for one of our organizations. Currently, it is on a trial but I would like to stop as we are planning on using Premium for our other organization.
Additionally, I would like to know how to move all of my projects from the organization we want canceled to another organization. If this cannot be done on my end, could this be done on your end?

You should be able to cancel your trial following these steps

Regarding the option to move all your projects from one Organization to the other, I would recommend to try one of the Asana Integrations like https://asana.kothar.net/ .

Regarding the premium cancelling, when I go to Organization Settings I do not have the same options as the Steps say. I have attached an image of my selection. All I can do is upgrade the account.
Also, regarding the moving projects API, approximately how long does it take for the process to finish? I’m fine with waiting but I just want to make sure it is working. It says “waiting for status” and has been approx. 30mins.
