What can I do if a removed member was still appearing when I’m assigning a task?

How were they removed?
How are they appearing?
Old members of the organization are already removed but their names are still keep on appearing when assigning a task. How can we totally remove them?
Can you confirm that they are “removed” in the admin console?
Possible issue: What could happen is that someone accidentally invites them again by typing their email, creating a new invite. That could mean they’d have to be removed again.
If that is the case, you should be able to see who invited them and when from their profile (accessed through admin console).
Yes, they’re removed when I checked from the admin console. They are already removed but their names keep showing up when assigning a task.
And if you search for their name in the Admin console there isn’t another entry that pops up?
