A team member I manage has told me she’s removed all but her company email from Asana, yet I still see her other address in the dropdown menu when I go to add her to a project. This other address appears in front of her preferred address so I can’t just hit enter to select her with the correct email. How do I fix this? Thanks.

She had separate Asana accounts with all these emails I assume? Because otherwise only her main email would show.
If you have access to the admin panel you can deactivate/remove users from there: Admin Console • Asana and if any tasks were still assigned you can reassign them automatically then upon removing a user.
