Our team frequently uses tasks with both start and due dates that span several days (e.g., Monday–Thursday). When we set these tasks to recur every two weeks, Asana generates the next instance based on the due date, not the start date. This causes the new task’s start date to drift forward and breaks our biweekly rhythm.
We’d love a way to set recurrence from the start date or to define a recurring multi-day task window (e.g., “every other week, Monday-Thursday”). This would make it much easier to manage multi-day recurring workflows without using multiple single-day tasks or third-party tools.
